I Have Come to Fix the Most Crucial Thing and Depart: Vilen Gabrielyan

The issue is this: when I say we need to think anti-systemically, outside the established and stereotype standard that has been imposed on us for years and is still being presented to us. Respectable lawyers/political figures/serious individuals say that I have a mindset remaining under anti-systemic activism (for which, by the way, I am very glad), they also say that this cannot be done because the issue has a legal aspect, namely in the legal field, and a political aspect, thus this issue should be discussed separately in both dimensions.

And here lies the main trick or the naïve deceit or the attempt to mislead us, I would even say the focus that those specialized in various fields, who understand everything about politics and political processes, always want to play with us.

Dear and less dear ones, I have come to disappoint you and point out your main mistake. The issue should not be discussed in only one dimension or in two dimensions separately, but in two dimensions simultaneously, taking into account the aspect of political mandate. Because you haven’t understood a simple truth, that the driving force of political processes, including international relations, is law, and the sole authority for formulating the law is the people.

The ruling force initiates a referendum so that the people, giving their political mandate to the ruling force, will authorize it through their rights to advance this process or not to authorize it. According to this, it will become clear whether the people grant you specialists the right to formulate that right with precise legal phrases or not.

So understand that you are not the decision-makers; you/we are merely the ones who write with a pen on paper the rights formulated and imposed/mandated on you/us by the will of the people and who execute what is written.

And thus, let us state the main argument: in any key issue, no matter what the issue is, the format is as follows: you formulate the right and advance the process. And no one in the world can bring a counterargument to this ironclad argument, as all serious actors are aware of this simple truth that all difficult questions are answered by the realization that it is not force that gives birth to rights, but conscious rights that give birth to force.

p.s. Rest assured that over time, an even broader mass will eventually realize this, and your 'systematic' theoretical speeches will become worthless from high podiums with a serious face of a knowledgeable person.
