Nikol Pashinyan Arrives at the National Assembly
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has just arrived at the National Assembly. He will be present for the discussions on the legislative proposal regarding proposed constitutional changes.
It is noteworthy that the procedure allows the Prime Minister to also speak during the discussions of the proposal.
