Deputy Governor of Aragatsotn Submits Resignation

The Deputy Governor of Aragatsotn, Garnik Atanesyan, has submitted a resignation request. He announced this on his Facebook page.

“Dear residents of Aragatsotn, friends, as of February 12, I am resigning from my position as Deputy Governor of Aragatsotn region by my own choice, due to the circumstances of moving to another job. As a resident of the region, I have been acutely aware of its issues and have tried to listen to everyone, addressing pressing concerns as much as possible. Together, we have overcome many challenges, and naturally, many issues remain unresolved, for which I ask for your understanding,” he wrote, advising not to speculate about any intrigues behind his resignation, and wishing success to the staff of the Aragatsotn marzpetaran.
