David Tonoyan Meets with Family of Deceased Soldier Vahram Avagyan

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, David Tonoyan, met with the relatives of the conscript soldier Vahram Avagyan, who passed away on January 30 at Military Unit N of the Defense Army.

According to the information department of the Ministry of Defense, the minister once again expressed his condolences to the family and reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring the full disclosure of all details surrounding the incident within his jurisdiction.

David Tonoyan informed the relatives about the disciplinary measures taken in the Defense Army, including the dismissal of several officials from their positions. The head of the defense department also emphasized that the Ministry of Defense will support the objective implementation of the investigation process within its powers.
