David Babayan Nominated as Candidate for Artsakh Presidency

David Babayan, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of Artsakh, announced on his Facebook page that he is running as a candidate for the presidency of Artsakh.

“Today, an extraordinary congress and council meeting of the Artsakh Conservative Party were held. In accordance with the decisions of the congress and the council meeting, the Artsakh Conservative Party will participate in the parliamentary and presidential elections under the leadership of David Babayan,” he wrote.
