VIDEO: 24-Year-Old Goris Resident's Ford Transit Loaded with Wood Materials

In order to detect and prevent environmental violations, officers of the Goris Police Department, in collaboration with traffic police, inspected a Ford Transit vehicle loaded with wood materials belonging to a 24-year-old resident of Goris at the intersection of Syunik and Kristapor streets.

The driver stated that the wood materials were acquired approximately two months ago from a state non-commercial organization; however, he did not present any accompanying documents or certificates to prove the legality of the wood.

The vehicle, along with its cargo, was taken to a designated secure area of the department. Investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
