We will have a warm February: Gagik Surenyana

The head of the meteorological center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gagik Surenyana, made the following post on his Facebook page: "We will have a warm February. The average monthly temperature across the republic will be 3-4 degrees higher than normal, with precipitation expected to be within normal limits. This February will remind you of March, as warm weather will be intermittently interrupted by short-term drops in temperature and snowfall."
