The Special Investigative Service Rejects Criminal Case Against Arman Babajanyan
The Special Investigative Service has rejected the initiation of a criminal case against independent MP Arman Babajanyan, based on the report from former Deputy Head of the National Assembly Staff Arsen Babayan, citing the absence of elements of a crime. This information was provided by the press service of the Special Investigative Service in an interview with Armenpress.
Arsen Babayan had addressed a letter to the Prosecutor General of Armenia, claiming that there was a crime in one of Arman Babajanyan's statements, accusing a judge of committing a particularly serious crime without justification.
