Road Conditions as of 23:30

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of January 30 at 23:30, there are difficult travel conditions on several highways within the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass and the Sotk-Karvachar highway are impassable for all types of vehicles. On the Goris-Sisian highway in the Syunik region, there are areas of black ice.

According to information obtained from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations’ North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
