Final Confirmation: The United Kingdom Leaves the European Union

The Council of the European Union has confirmed the agreement on the terms of the United Kingdom's exit (Brexit), thereby fully concluding the ratification process of the deal by Brussels. This was stated in the council's announcement released on January 30, according to TASS.

Thus, the United Kingdom will be able to leave the European Union at midnight on January 31, leaving 27 member countries behind. From February 1, Brussels and London will be able to start building new relations.
