"Beeline" Applies to RCRA for Permission to Sell Shares to "Ucom"
"Beeline" has applied to the Regulatory Commission for Public Services (RCRA) for permission to sell its shares to the company "Ucom." This was stated by RCRA spokesperson Liana Azizyan in an interview with Tert.am.
According to her, in accordance with the law on electronic communication, the regulatory authority must approve the aforementioned transaction. Without the regulator's consent, the transaction cannot take place.
"Beeline has approached us with an intention to sell its shares to the company 'Ucom.' The matter is currently under discussion, and there are no specific deadlines for a decision," said Liana Azizyan.
The spokesperson of the RCRA also mentioned that opinions must be provided by various ministries and other authorities regarding Beeline's application.
