Razmik Abrahamyan Discharged from Hospital

The director of the Republican Maternity Hospital, Razmik Abrahamyan, was discharged from the hospital yesterday. This was reported by his lawyer, Samvel Dilbandyan, in response to a question from ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’.

“Well, his condition is not good; his blood sugar and pressure are high, and he has previously undergone heart surgery,” he stated.

When asked whether the doctors had assessed his condition as satisfactory to discharge him, the lawyer replied, “Now he feels a bit better, as he had been in the hospital for quite some time, cut off from his family, and he was already tired.”

It is worth recalling that Abrahamyan was hospitalized after his arrest. He is accused under Article 167, Part 2, Clause 2 of the RA Criminal Code (illegal separation of a child from parents or swapping a child, carried out by a group of individuals) and Article 200, Clause 3 (commercial bribery).
