Reuters reports that sources from Canada's national security have indicated there are no signs of a missile strike on the Boeing aircraft that crashed in Tehran.

According to the same sources, the cause of the crash was technical failure. Boeing has yet to comment on this circumstance.

Earlier, the Iranian television network The Al-Hadath reported that the aircraft had been accidentally hit by a missile from Iran. However, Iranian authorities immediately after the aviation accident claimed that the cause was technical malfunction. Preliminary data suggest that there was a fire in the aircraft's engine.

It is important to note that there were 180 people on board the aircraft, including crew members, and no one survived.
