Iran to Investigate Ukrainian Airline Plane Crash
Iran will conduct an investigation into the crash of a Boeing 737 airplane that occurred within its territory, as reported by Arabian Business. The investigation will be carried out in accordance with international legislation due to the aircraft incident taking place on Iranian soil.
However, only a few countries, such as the United States and France, possess the technical capabilities necessary for a comprehensive study of the case. Specifically, the plane's "black boxes" will need to be analyzed in specialized laboratories.
International regulations also grant permission for the country of aircraft manufacture to participate in the investigation, providing its technical expertise; however, due to the existing political tension between Iran and the United States, such cooperation may be impossible.
