Difficult Roads Reported in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of January 9 at 13:25, there are difficult roads to traverse in the territory of Armenia. The Vardenyats Pass from the Gegharkunik region and the Sotk-Karvachar road are impassable for heavy vehicles.

According to information received from the emergency departments of Georgia and Russia's North Ossetia regarding Lars, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively.
