Identity of Soldier Found Hanging from Tree Revealed

On November 26, at around 9:00 AM, the body of a conscript soldier from military unit N was discovered hanging from a tree in the territory of the Dilijan training center. The deceased has been identified as Private Vahan Robert Musheghyan (born in 2000, drafted in 2019-1, from the Syunik region). This information was provided by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

An investigation is underway to clarify the circumstances of the incident. The Ministry of Defense expresses its deep condolences to the family members, relatives, and fellow servicemen of the soldier.

According to our sources, the soldier was from the village of Tandzatap in the Tatev community of Syunik Province.
