Naftogaz Works on Contract Text with Gazprom

Naftogaz is working on the texts of agreements related to the implementation of the gas cooperation memorandum signed by Russia and Ukraine. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

On Thursday, Russia and Ukraine signed a memorandum on gas cooperation. According to the document, to continue transit, Gazprom will sign a contract with Ukraine's GTS operator and a contract with Naftogaz, under which it will maintain the capacity to transport 65 billion cubic meters of gas in 2020, and 40 billion cubic meters from 2021 to 2024.

The memorandum also includes legal regulations for dispute resolution.
