Air Temperature Will Reach +18, +20 Degrees: Gagik Surenyan
The head of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations' Hydrometeorology Center, Gagik Surenyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "On December 13, just for one day, a cyclone is approaching from the Mediterranean Sea. Very light precipitation is expected in the central and southern regions, while in mountainous areas, there will be snow, and in pre-mountainous and valley zones, a mix of wet snow and rain. From December 14-17, tropical warm air currents will penetrate Armenia from North Africa, resulting in a gradual increase in air temperatures by 5-7 degrees compared to the preceding days. Starting December 14, particularly high thermal backgrounds are expected in Tavush and Syunik, where afternoon air temperatures in the valley regions will reach +18 to +20 degrees."
