As of 23:00, Lars is open, and the roads in Armenia are passable

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of December 23, at 23:00, the roads across Armenia are mainly passable. In the Vardenyats Pass, there is some black ice in places. Drivers of heavy trucks are advised to use chains. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetia Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
