Iraqi Army Opens Fire on Protesters, 13 Dead
At least 13 people have been killed during protests in the city of Nasiriyah, southern Iraq. On Thursday, Iraqi security forces opened fire on demonstrators who had gathered near two bridges over the Euphrates River. As a result, 70 others were injured.
