A Terrible Incident Occurred in the Armavir Region: Neighbors Found a Man Hanging from a Tree

Today, a horrifying incident took place in the village of Artimed in the Armavir region. According to 'Sputnik Armenia', one of the residents saw that their neighbor was hanging from a tree with a rope in the backyard of one of the houses. They immediately alerted the authorities.

Upon arrival, doctors and police officers noted that the 67-year-old man was already deceased.

According to rumors circulating in the village, he lived in the town of Ejmiatsin, while the house where he took his own life was his paternal home. The man had come to his ancestral home today with his elderly mother and hours later resorted to this extreme measure.

No theories regarding the reasons for the suicide are currently circulating. Law enforcement is investigating the circumstances of the incident.
