Unknown Individuals Break Into Funeral Bureau Building and Open Safe

The director of the Special Population Service Agency, Arman Iskandaryan, has posted a video on his Facebook page showing unknown individuals roaming inside the agency's building with a flashlight.

"On November 22, between 3 and 5 AM, they broke into the administrative building of the Special Population Service Agency, opened the safe, and left without discovering anything. The incident is being investigated by the police," Iskandaryan wrote alongside the video.
