VIDEO: How a Boeing 777 Caught Fire in the Sky

A video of a Boeing 777 aircraft on fire has surfaced online shortly after its departure from Los Angeles. The footage shows flames coming from one of the aircraft's engines.

The plane was en route to Manila with 347 passengers on board, none of whom were injured. Approximately one hour into the flight, the aircraft safely returned to the departure airport.

According to preliminary information, the engine fire was caused by a mechanical malfunction.
