Video: Knives Found from Drivers of Gazelles During Inspection
On November 21, law enforcement agencies of Yerevan, including territorial divisions and the first battalion of the highway police, conducted a heightened service in the capital.
The aim was to ensure public order and traffic safety. Various offenses prompted the stopping of minibuses serving public transport. As a result, knives were discovered from the drivers.
Administrative violation reports were compiled against some drivers of the "Gazelles." Eight minibuses were moved to a special area maintained by the highway police, as the drivers lacked the appropriate driver's licenses. Heightened services will continue.
