Israeli Army Strikes Dozens of Targets in Syria

The Israel Defense Forces announced that they have struck dozens of targets in Syria. According to RIA Novosti, explosions were reported in Damascus, and Syrian state television has reported that air defenses have responded to the attack on the capital and its surroundings.

It is noted that the strikes were carried out in response to missile launches towards Israel from Iranian forces stationed in Syria. The military statement indicated that strikes were made on approximately 20 targets, more than half of which belonged to Iranian forces.
