I Don't Know Which Vaults in the Vatican They Are Hiding In, We Will Grab Them by the Neck and Bring Them to Court: Nikol Pashinyan

During a meeting with the Armenian community in Milan, one participant addressed Nikol Pashinyan, stating that it would be appropriate for this government to resign. The citizen noted that this policy poses a serious threat to the statehood of Armenia and Artsakh. She expressed that Pashinyan's government spreads hatred.

“This is a path to destruction. I urge you and your government to resign. This is the greatest thing you can do for Armenia. The policy you are pursuing now is leading to the destruction of Artsakh and Armenia,” the woman said, prompting discontent among the attendees towards her.

Pashinyan responded rather indignantly to the woman. “Who and where is propagating hatred? If there have been authorities in Armenia, for whom the only feeling from the people is hatred, what is my fault in that? Who have we called to hate? Our revolution was a revolution of love and solidarity. They say there is no strategy regarding the Artsakh issue. What was the strategy of Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian? Was it to give Meghri away, or, so to speak, to return the seven territories of Azerbaijan in exchange for peace? What was Serzh Sargsyan's strategy? That Aghdam is not our homeland, and now they accuse us of returning land?” Pashinyan stated.

Discussing the allegations of spreading hatred by his government, the Prime Minister said, “If by promoting hatred you mean our assertion that the stolen money down to the last penny will be returned, then yes, it will be returned. By the way, today in Italy, some of the most notorious corrupt individuals are hiding, and no one should hope to slip away. I don't know which vaults in the Vatican they are hiding in; we will grab them by the neck and bring them to court. Justice in Armenia will reach them,” Pashinyan said, to the attendees' cheers and applause.
