"We are suffering under the banks": What means did Vardan Ghukasyan use to build the "Alexandrapol" hotel?

“Go think about your owners' billions; we are suffering under the banks.” This statement was made today, on November 19, by MP Vardan Ghukasyan from the Prosperous Armenia faction during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly, responding to questions about the means he used to construct the "Alexandrapol" hotel.

He urged journalists to go and consider the implications of 100-room hotels. Ghukasyan stated that he has worked since childhood, tirelessly both day and night, and that they were the first farmers in the Shirak plain. “My life has been in front of everyone’s eyes,” he added.
