According to Shamshyan.com, on October 26, a resident of Metsamor, 27-year-old Hovhannes Hunanian, reported to the Police division that on the same day, around 16:00, an individual named Aram lured him out of his house under the pretext of buying his Mercedes car. Subsequently, on the way to a craftsman, near the intersection of Mayisyan village, one of Aram's companions struck him in the left eye, forcibly removed him from his vehicle, and placed him in another car, taking him to the fields of Hushakert village.

H. Hunanian also stated that after that, several unfamiliar individuals joined them and subjected him to assault, resulting in physical injuries. Hunanian is 38-year-old Aram Karapetyan, a resident of Metsamor.

It is noted that Arthur Mkrtchyan is the head of the Shenavan community. It is also mentioned that Arthur Mkrtchyan was the individual who hunted white-tailed eagles listed in the Red Book and later posted pictures online.
