Fire in Bazum Mountain Range That Claimed the Life of a Firefighter Extinguished Itself

On October 26, at 07:34, a firefighting team consisting of five firefighters from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene to resume firefighting operations. Additionally, a rescue team of eight from the special operations center for rescue activities within the rescue forces also arrived.

By approximately 08:40, it was determined that the fire had extinguished itself. About 80 hectares of grassland had burned.

At 10:33, due to necessity, an operational group from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, consisting of five firefighters and another five from the special operations center, returned to the scene. Surveillance operations were conducted at the site.
