Grape Theft in Aygehovit Causes Significant Damage
On September 23, at 14:25, a resident of Ijevan called the police to report that his grapes had been stolen from his garden in the village of Aygehovit, causing damage of about 250,000 AMD.
The police stated that, thanks to measures taken by the officers of the Ijevan department, it was established that the theft had been committed by a 32-year-old man from the same village. On the same day, he was summoned to the department and admitted that he had stolen the grapes the day before and transported them to his home.
During the preparation of materials, operational investigative measures led to the summoning of a 42-year-old woman from Aygehovit on October 1. She confessed that on September 13, she had stolen about 250 kg of grapes from the same garden.
