9-Month-Old Child Admitted to Hospital in Critical Condition After Vaccination

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, a 9-month-old boy has been admitted to the Arabkir Medical Center in Yerevan in critical condition today.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the child's parents, whose identities are currently withheld, reside in Yerevan's Shengavit administrative district. The couple took their child for vaccination, and two days later, the child began to experience high fever.

On the fourth day, the child was taken to Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center, where there has been no positive progress in the child's health. Subsequently, seeing the inadequate conditions for addressing the child's health issues at Surb Grigor Lusavorich, the parents arranged to transfer their child to Arabkir Medical Center.

As of today, October 2, there is still no diagnosis. The child's parent, in a conversation with photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, stated: "At the Arabkir Medical Center, 90% of the children are facing the same issue, with the first symptom being high fever, and fluid and swelling in the lungs and chest. There are cases where the kidneys are not functioning." The parents of the 9-month-old boy want to understand why, after being vaccinated with the minister of health Arsen Torosyan's praised medication, their child has ended up in this state, not only affecting them but many others as well.
