Trees Burned Near Sports Complex

On October 7, at 12:05 PM, the 911 service received a report that trees were burning near the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan.

Two firefighting teams from the Emergency Situations Rescue Department of Yerevan, as well as emergency response and operational groups from the National Center for Crisis Management, were dispatched to the scene.

The fire was contained by 12:35 PM and extinguished by 1:06 PM. A total of 2000 square meters of vegetation was burned, along with 5 trees, which were partially damaged.
