Car Crashes into Tree, One Passenger in Serious Condition

On October 7, at 16:05, the emergency service received information about a traffic accident at the end of Sarigyugh village in the Tavush region, requiring the assistance of rescue workers.

A combat unit from the Regional Rescue Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that a VAZ-21099 vehicle (driver's information was not available) had veered off the driving lane and crashed into a tree on the 15th km of the Ijevan-Noyemberyan section of the M-14 highway.

Rescue workers approached the ambulance with a passenger (Garik E., born 1967), who was hospitalized at the Ijevan Medical Center. Doctors assessed the injured individual's health condition as serious.

Rescuers disconnected the car's power and closed the gas tank valve.
