Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov Meet
In New York, a meeting took place between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov, with the participation of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and the personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
