Discussion on Draft to Terminate Hrayr Tovmasyan's Authorities

In the National Assembly, a draft to terminate Hrayr Tovmasyan's authorities is currently being discussed.

As previously reported, a decision draft regarding the termination of the powers of Constitutional Court Judge Hrayr Tovmasyan has been submitted to the National Assembly Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan. The author of the draft is the 'My Step' faction.

At this moment, the issue is being discussed in the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs.
