During today’s government meeting, a proposal was approved to send soldier Hayk Benyamin Sefilyan, who sustained mine-explosive injuries on the Talish front during the April War, for treatment in Germany. A total of 9.4 million dram has been allocated for his further medical care.
The treatment will continue in Germany, as the Ministry of Health has confirmed that these injuries cannot be treated in Armenia.
