Video: Osipyan Sends Police Troops on Another Rotation to the Frontlines
Recently, the police forces completed their regular rotation for combat duty. The policemen standing in ranks will soon be deployed in Tavush to undertake their combat responsibilities. The Chief of the Armenian Police, Major General Valery Osipyan, welcomed the border police officers and wished them a successful service, emphasizing that their bravery and readiness fill the gaps within the system.
According to tradition, before their departure, the officers took an oath and prayed. The blessing ceremony was followed by a march.
The next day, servicemen from another police unit returned from their posts. Valery Osipyan expressed his gratitude to them for carrying out their mission honorably, highlighting that their dedication and care are contagious. Officers who were deployed to the frontlines for the first time were awarded certificates of appreciation.
The solemn ceremony concluded with a march. Lastly, Valery Osipyan spoke with the parents and relatives of the border police officers, conveying Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's gratitude for raising loyal sons of the homeland.
