Car Falls into Gorge Near Kanakeravan Village

On September 1, at 18:16, the "911" service received a report that a "VAZ-2106" vehicle had fallen into a gorge near Kanakeravan village in the Kotayk Province, and there is a victim in need of assistance from rescuers.

Two operational teams from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been dispatched to the scene.

It was found that the "VAZ-2106" car had veered off the road and rolled into the gorge. Rescuers managed to approach the driver, Derenik M. (born in 1962), and transferred him to an ambulance. He has been taken to Armenia Medical Center, where his health condition has been assessed as seriously stable.
