Ukraine's Foreign Ministry Strongly Condemns Russian President's Visit to Crimea

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Crimea, as reported by korrespondent.

“The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is firmly against the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Crimea on August 10, carried out without agreement with Ukraine,” the statement reads.

According to official Kyiv, this visit and previous trips have not been coordinated with the Ukrainian side and are considered a blatant violation of Ukraine's territorial integrity by Russia.

“Crimea and Sevastopol are considered an inseparable part of Ukraine, and the visits of senior Russian officials cannot alter the provisions enshrined in the UN General Assembly resolution and charter,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's statement emphasizes.
