Accident Involving Soldier Leaves 5 Injured

On July 15, a major traffic accident occurred in the Ararat province. According to Shamshyan.com, around 15:40, a 40-year-old resident of Ararat, Henrik H., driving a Mercedes C180 with license plate 99 TS 899, collided with a Mercedes C180 driven by 23-year-old Sevak M. from Goris with license plate 36 SV 353 on the 44th kilometer of the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway, within the administrative territory of the Aygevan village.

As a result of the accident, passengers of Henrik H., 66-year-old Hovhannes H. from Ararat city, as well as the driver Sevak M. and his passengers, 31-year-old Arthur A. and 29-year-old Babken A., sustained injuries and were taken to the Vedi Medical Center, while driver Henrik H. was taken to the Ararat Medical Center.

Materials are being prepared on the fact. According to website information, driver Henrik H. serves as a contract soldier in the N military unit of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, and as a result of the collision, one of the Mercedes vehicles veered off the roadway and ended up in a field.
