Contractual Serviceman Dies in Traffic Accident in Artsakh

On June 18, at approximately 07:40, a contractual serviceman from one of the military units deployed in the northern direction of the Artsakh Defense Army was involved in a traffic accident. The serviceman, Araik Erik Balasanyan, born in 1994, succumbed to his injuries around 09:00 in the hospital, despite the efforts of the doctors. This was reported by the Artsakh Defense Army.

An investigation is underway to clarify the details of the incident. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh expresses its deep condolences and solidarity with the family members, relatives, and fellow servicemen of the deceased.
