Alert Received Regarding Weapons in Former Nor Nork Court Building
An extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan on June 1.
According to Shamshyan.com, around 20:20, an alert was received at the operational management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations' rescue service. The report indicated that the walls of the first floor of the building at 3 Lvovyan Street in the Nor Nork administrative district had shifted, and the structure had been in a state of emergency for a prolonged period, posing a risk of collapse.
The fire and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations promptly arrived at the scene. Nor Nork district head Hayk Mhryan, the operational group of the Nor Nork police department, and an investigator from the investigative department also responded to the call. It was determined that one of the walls in the unused space on the first floor had separated from the main structure and shifted.
While the rescuers had been informed of the presence of weapons and ammunition inside, upon entering the premises, they discovered that these items were merely toys.
