Makunts on Zeynalyan's Resignation

“Honestly, I do not know what the reasons for Mr. Zeynalyan's resignation are. I must reiterate that for getting explanations, the addressee is precisely Mr. Zeynalyan,” said Lilit Makunts, the leader of the 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly.

Makunts also noted that there have been certain concerns and anxieties expressed within the 'My Step' faction regarding the Ministry of Justice and Zeynalyan.

When asked what these concerns were related to, Makunts responded, “They were related to specific work and the reforms in the judicial system.”

Makunts also denied that the issue of Zeynalyan’s resignation had been discussed during the faction meeting the day before. At the same time, Lilit Makunts mentioned that there have been concerns within the faction regarding the justice sector and ongoing work.
