Tonoyan May Be Appointed Deputy Prime Minister
The newspaper "Zhamanak" writes: "The imminent personnel changes in the government may involve Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. Prime Minister Pashinyan needed Grigoryan as long as he believed that Grigoryan was a great expert in the economy. However, Grigoryan failed to deliver any economic miracles, apart from resolving his personal issues.
He never became a team member, coming to the government from 'Ardshinbank', which is associated with Robert Kocharyan. According to our sources, Grigoryan may be replaced by the head of one of the security structures, most probably Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan."
