Irates: Karen Karapetyan, Ruben Hayrapetyan, and Hrayr Tovmasyan in Artsakh
The 'Irates' newspaper reports that former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, former President of the Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan, and President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan were in Artsakh days ago, where they held meetings with President Bako Sahakyan, Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Minister of State Grigori Martirosyan, and other officials.
The meetings were mostly closed, focusing on the political actions of the Armenian authorities. Both parties expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the new administrators. Ruben Hayrapetyan, in particular, was reported to be especially discontent and outraged, according to 'Irates' sources.
The authorities in Artsakh also voiced their grievances, especially regarding the recent developments and the calls made in Freedom Square. They emphasized that for the first time in the modern history of the country, Artsakh officially did not participate in the festive events held in Armenia to celebrate the anniversary of the First Armenian Republic.
