Large Fire in Gyumri: Wagon Cabin Reduced to Ashes

A significant incident occurred today, May 28, in Shirak Province. Around 3:05 AM, the Emergency Situations Ministry's rescue service received a call at the 9-11 operations management center reporting a fire in one of the houses in Gyumri.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, a fire brigade from Gyumri was dispatched to the scene with two fire-fighting units. Firefighters and citizens initially contained the spread of the flames before extinguishing the fire. The cabin has been completely turned into a pile of ashes.

Preliminary information indicates that fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries. Officers from the police department also arrived at the scene to ascertain the identity of the cabin's owner.
