How the Former Ombudsman, Accustomed to Corrupt Practices, Fulfilled His Duties in Artsakh: Karapetyan
Everything is expected from today’s “opposition,” but the fact that the former human rights defender of Nagorno-Karabakh would demonstrate his blatant legal nakedness is a surprise even for someone like me, who has seen almost every type of manipulation during the Republican junta’s era. This was written by the spokesperson for the Armenian Prime Minister, Vladimir Karapetyan, on his Facebook page.
He specifically noted:
“Judge for yourself: speaking about the letter addressed to Prime Minister Pashinyan from the president of the Venice Commission, I had noted in an interview with one media outlet that the commission endorsed radical reforms in justice and even vetting... in such cases.
Now Ruben Melikyan is accusing me of stating that, allegedly, Gianni Buquicchio did not speak about vetting and cites... another part of the letter. One can only imagine how the human rights defender, accustomed to the corrupt practices and transactions of the former regime, fulfilled his duties in Artsakh.”
