Major Car Accident: Vehicle Collides with Another Car and Then Shop's Huge Windows

A major car accident occurred in Yerevan today. Around 07:30, 29-year-old Gagik Yakhshyan, a resident of Yerevan, lost control of his Ford Mustang with license plate 35 VR 489 on Ayrapetian Street, veering into the opposite lane. He collided with basalt curbs and, continuing forward, struck a parked Ford Transit with license plate 362 OR 61 near the 'Vitesse' showroom.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the driver of the Ford Mustang was taken to St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center for medical assistance. The first on the scene to assist him were the employees of the 'Vitesse' showroom.

The driver underwent a sobriety test on-site, which revealed that he was sober. Following the collision, the Ford Transit was propelled forward and crashed into the shop's massive windows, shattering them.
