Truck Loaded with Newly Imported Cars Overturned in Armenia

A serious traffic accident occurred in the Tavush region. Around 14:20, in the twisting section of the Yerevan-Noyemberyan highway, within the administrative territory of the Jujevan village, a truck with the license plate OQ 771 QO and a BA 287 L trailer overturned under still unknown circumstances.

According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the accident.

Firefighters from the Emergency Situations Ministry are on-site, responding to the incident.

The police are working to establish the identity of the driver.

According to G. Shamshyan, the truck was loaded with several cars that had been imported into Armenia.

Materials are being prepared by the investigative officer of the 5th platoon of the 2nd police battalion on the incident.
