Body of Homeowner Found Along with Note Addressed to Wife

On May 4, a mysterious incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 18:40, a citizen reported to the Malatya division of the police that a resident of one of the buildings on Sherami Street was unresponsive to door knocks and phone calls.

According to Shamshyan.com, an operational group from the Malatya police division arrived at the scene, led by the division head Artur Zahrabyan and the deputy for operational matters Andranik Shahbazyan. Upon arrival, officers from the division's criminal investigation unit, headed by Mkrtich Varozyan, opened the apartment door and discovered the body of the homeowner, a 43-year-old identified as M.H.

A patrol group from the investigative department, led by senior investigator Argam Mnatsakanyan, was also present at the scene. Police discovered a note within the apartment, which included the following lines: “I love you very much, my miracle. Forgive me, I am the offspring of guilt; let my daughter not know about this.” The investigator seized the note, and a number of examinations were ordered, including forensic and handwriting analyses.
